Bassotech Inc does not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The information you provide when booking an appointment or contacting us is used only to schedule and complete your service and to communicate with you about it.

Depending on your state of residence (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access to or a copy of your personal information, request correction or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is required — but we will honor any request you submit.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@bassotech.com or call +1 (786) 789-4325 with the subject line "Privacy Request". Please include your name and the email or phone number you used with us so we can verify your identity. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
4. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity before processing the request.
5. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will receive the same quality of service whether or not you submit a privacy request.
